I live right by Bull Hill Ln, so the O'Reilly on 1003 Boston Post Road has always been my go-to for my 2012 Nissan Altima. I’ve been a loyal regular here for a long time, but after my experience today, I won’t be coming back. I stopped by between 5:15 PM and 5:40 PM to use the OBD machine for a quick check engine light scan something I’ve done here many times before. Instead of helping, the guy at the counter just told me they 'weren’t doing it' and that I’d have to come back between 12 PM and 3 PM. It’s really disappointing. The store is open until 9 PM, and being turned away for a 5-minute scan especially when I can even do the scan myself feels like a total lack of respect for a loyal customer's time. I’m uploading my purchase history and rewards info here just to show I’m a genuine customer who actually supports this store. You just lost a regular today over something so simple. Thanks.

I returned a part to O’Reilly Auto Parts and had a very poor experience. The manager spoke with another manager and said, “It’s your call to take it back.” In the end, they kept the part and I was given no refund. Completely unacceptable customer service. The store manager junior looking under my phone number to found the receipt and he couldn’t and the other manager looking under my credit card number and found the receipt still don’t take merchandise back so I left without my money or the part. I won’t be returning to this location.

Not a great experience at this store. Employees were charting at the back room, and they seemed less than willing to understand my issue than to move on to the next customer. This is a very competitive industry, so customer service needs to be exceptional- this is not the case here.
