I can't say enough good things about this shop. My husband's car unfortunately died and had to be towed to a different dealership. I reached out to AAA and this was the company I matched with. Timmy called me to get the needed information and was so polite. They made the process simple. Matthew was the driver that picked up my husband's car. He showed so much care and I knew we were in good hands. Matthew kept me updated the whole time and let me know when he dropped my husband's car at the dealership. This company made this difficult issue not seem so bad because of the amount of care and concern they showed. I couldn't be any happier with the service they provided and the kindness they showed. Last night , Friday,, I needed a tow for my 2014 F150, called AAA and requested a tow. I will say that my dealings and experience with the actual AAA call center staff was absolutely terrible. However, the service and attitude from your driver James was absolutely GREAT! James was incredibly friendly, personable, and very helpful, in the situation at hand. Within a few minutes he was able, simply through his demeanor, to get me to forget the 4+ hours of bs I just went through with AAA, and throughout the tow ride to my home we engaged in good conversation and he safely and professionally got me home. James, is representative of how every tow industry employee should carry themselves. He hit all the marks, professionalism, personable, friendly, helpful, respectful, and informative, hit them right on the head. Without a doubt I will recommend your company to family and friends if they are ever in need and I will be sure to use your services in any future vehicle issues. Matt came out to tow a vehicle for us and he was very friendly, kind, patient, and trustworthy! He did a fantastic job on a long tow distance! He gave me a business card and I asked for more since my son lives there now for college and has several friends that could use a trustworthy place to have their vehicles serviced!
