Gave me the wrong transmission, and when I went to return it after a 2 hour and 15 minute drive. The guy charged me a 25% restocking fee when it wasn't my fault. Had no choice, Tammy has excellent customer service skills. Brother can be an a$$

Purchased an engine computer for a truck. The part was DOA so I called for an exchange or refund. They told me I didn't buy it there, which is funny because I actually went there to pick it up, even though I am a repair shop. If they treat commercial customers this way then I can't imagine how they handle walk in customers. I rarely write reviews, but I figure it's the only satisfaction I'll get for my money.
