My family and I had the unfortunate need for a tow service .. Our tire came off while driving down I64 in Chesterfield Mo on Aug 7th. Priority1 had been recommended previously and I had their card in my wallet. We called and a Priority1 tow truck was in the area helping another customer whom I would imagine was given the same excellent service . Within 35 minutes Priority1 arrived . First thing the gentleman did was secure my family in his very clean comfortable tow vehicle ... It was a very hot day and heavy traffic on the highway .. Once our car was put on the drivers truck bed our tire was retrieved from across the highway on an embankment. My family and I was given a recommendation by the driver as to where to drop our car off for possible service to avoid having to pay multiple tows and or storage fees and multiple tows... We took the drivers recommendation and had our car towed to a collision center (Once our care is repaired we will give a review on the repairs from the collision center ). After dropping our car off for service Priority one took me and my family to our front door. I must say this was the most pleasant tow experience I have ever had ...I did not mention the refreshments the driver had for me and my family because even without them my review would have been the same ... Overall we received excellent service and a more than reasonable price for service ... THANK YOU Priority1!!!!!!

They were very reasonable on price and very friendly and professional. They were there to pick up my vehicle within 15 -20 from when I called . They towed me from Missouri to godfrey. Driver was great. Thanks alot. This took place on May 16th 2023. They will be my first call if I need any more tows and I will recommend them to family and friends

The guy was very professional and SO nice. He charged me $175 for a hookup AND towing for 26 miles!!! He owns his own company and he is so nice and helpful and doesn’t overcharge. If you need to get your car towed around the alton area call this guy!!
