Individual had vehicle (truck) blocking one lane at the center. This was from the time we arrived, still after we left. This prevented vehicles from leaving from the right lane until there was an opening in the left. I don't have a problem chatting for more than at least 20 minutes, but move your truck out if the way! Don't be oblivious/ inconsiderate.
