Terrible experience with entitled homeowners in my neighborhood. My cars windshield was deliberately damaged. We called Safelite, and two days later we had to drop our car off for service. My Husband was happy with service. Customer service was great. And easy to find location. Thank you.

I booked an 8am appt. and was out before 9:30! Very professional, efficient, and helpful. The tech answered my questions and even took me back to explain the adhesive process. If my 2016 MINI Cooper ever needs more glass work, or another windshield replacement, this is the first place I'd call. The new glass looks amazing- thanks for the service!

I ended up going to Gerber instead of Safelite but these people will under recommend ADAS calibration. Also they don’t have a process to submit a picture of windshield damage to tell me if a repair or replacement is needed. You have to show up with the car to do this. Still living in old fashioned ways. Staff were nice though.
