Britain's Wreckes are unreliable, and condescending. Do not trust them with your Vehicles. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced was unprecedented compared to any auto service provider I've ever used. During my tow, I was notified by the driver my spoiler was ripped off due to what seemed to be negligence. When presented the photographic proof of damages to management, he refused to take accountability for the damages, and hung the phone up before we could come to a resolution. This type of dismissiveness reeks of misongony and microaggressive remarks, challenging me on my rights and intellect of vehicles and insurance, I doubt my male counterparts would ever be treated in such a way.In conclusion, I would never do business with Britains ever again if this is how management goes about rectifying damages during service.
