I had a catastrophic driveline failure and my tech,John showed up and put in work getting my broken yoke out and the new one on. He even put my new intermediate shaft in for me when i wasn’t even expecting him to.Thank you for the prompt and professional repair. Sometimes when you hit the highway, things don’t go as planned. That’s what happened to us on a trip from the East Coast to Sturgis, SD. Made a routine fuel stop and noticed that we lost the cap on one of the tandem axle trailer’s wheels. Stopped and picked one up, hoping to fix it ourselves. No such luck. Of course it was later in the day on a Sunday so finding a shop close by, was nearly impossible. Removed the wheel, grabbed the closest hotel and started making calls. Most places were closed and one said they could “get us in - middle of next week”. Luckily, Mike from AA Onsite Road Service answered our call. We explained our situation and he was honest in explaining the fee for the weekend or if we could wait, he would have someone out first thing Monday Morning for a considerable cheaper rate. Jon called about 7:30 the next morning and said he was on his way to our hotel. He was well equipped to remove the axle hub and brake backing plate and replaced it with all new parts. Price was fair and he had us back on the road by 11 am. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. He was just a great guy to work with, personable, honest and hardworking. No one likes to be stranded on the road, but if we needed assistance again, this is the guy I’d want helping us out. Thank You AA Onsite and especially Jon Lock for all of your help.

My parking brake valve broke last night. AA fixed it, I drove two hours this morning than the valve separated from the air line when I went to set the brake. AA said they aren't driving two hours to look at it. Said to take them to court if I want. Stuck at a rest area waiting on another roadside service to fix it right. Late on the load I'm on and lost today's load.It turned out they did not set the air line onto the valve correctly. When I called them they said they did me a favor by not marking the part up 40 percent like they normally do.
