I've been meaning to give Tom's towing some feedback for weeks. I'd like to thank the exceptional there for making what started off as a terrible morning much better with their professionalism and expertise. A few weeks back my 16 year old daughter put her car in the ditch on interstate 55 on her way to school. As a father of course I went full on rescue mode and ran out to grab my daughter. Her car though was in the center of the highway and I was certain it was headed to the junkyard. I called Tom's like I always do for any towing needs. The gal I spoke to said that they were pretty busy and it may take a couple hours (which I completely understood giving the weather). I told her that I was heading to work so they could definitely take their time. Not too long afterwards a very friendly fella showed up to my work with my daughters car and said other than needing a bath, her car was running just fine and ready to go. It was a blessing that my daughter was shook up but perfectly fine, her car was fine, and I am confirmed yet again that I can rely on the team at Tom's towing to get me out of a jam. THANK YOU!!!!!!
