Toll my car ..Say it was in handicap parking. Went to my building office got the pictures..boogish as hell ..Went got my car no charge. No apology and no reimbursement for paying someone to pick up my vehicle..blind employee can't see at night.

Last night was a very rough night for me. But thanks for E&R Towing they saved my night. They took my situation serious and acted ASAP in less then an hour. I highly recommend this company. The driver was named Jose Haro, he was very professional and got the job done fast for a long distance tow. Will recommend again!

This tow was handled extremely poorly. We were given an initial ETA of 60–90 minutes, which was completely missed. During that entire window and well beyond it, the assigned driver never contacted us, never responded to messages, and provided zero updates of any kind. We were stranded in extreme cold weather and repeatedly tried to reach out—not because we expected miracles, but because we needed basic communication. Instead, we were effectively ghosted. No explanation, no delay notice, no response at all. After hours of waiting, the tow had to be reassigned due to non-response from the original driver. This situation could have been handled far better with even minimal professionalism and communication. Delays happen. Weather happens. But silence and no-shows are unacceptable, especially when people are stuck on the side of the road in dangerous conditions. Very disappointing experience.
