By far the best parts store in town. The staff has been nothing but friendly and super helpful every time I’ve come in. Multiple times have they assisted me with carrying my items to my truck without question. I will go out of my way to shop here every time.

My 60-year-old mother and my 80-year-old grandfather visited this store location this morning around 10 AM. They were the only customers, so the store was not crowded. They were trying to purchase a license plate cover and waited at the front counter for a while. My grandfather approached an employee in the back and asked Derek the employee to check them out. Derek instructed my grandfather to wait at the counter, so he went back and waited. Meanwhile, my mother went to the side of the counter and asked Derek to check them out again. Derek then yelled at my mother, telling her to wait at the register where he had instructed my grandfather to wait. Someone would come to help them. They returned to the counter and waited, but Derek never came to assist them. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and ignorant. Derek should be at least wrote up for his poor customer service. If he is unhappy with his job, he should find another place to work and learn how to speak to customers respectfully.

We had a tail light that flew off on our way to Georgia and we needed on asap this areilly had what we needed and we were able to get back on the road fast. Very helpful.
