Very slow and none know anything. They kept telling me I could get my tools out of my totsled truck for $1200. When I got out if the hospital a week later its was nearly $2000 to go get my tools out but yet none could tell me where my truck was. I called them since September to see what location to go to and they said theyll call me back and never does. Fast forward to the other day I call tgem and they have no idea we're. Vehicle is and got.told by a very rude lady we probably auctioned it of since u never came to get it or called. I told her Ive been waiting on them to figure out where my vehicle was and she said thats not our problem thats yours. I also had a fily member go through the sa.ething. none could tell em where theyre truck was a d auctioned his truck off. If you have the choice I would not recommend them. They will tell u they will call u back with info with. No intentions on calling u back and keep u in the dark on ur vehicle so they can auctioned it off and take all ur tools and stuff out of it. These lazy people are thiefs so everyone please be careful with the lady at the front desk( rude and never helpful) and they guys that answer can never answer anything and tells u the lady will call u back and never does and tgen 1 day oh ur vehicle was auction sorry have a good day. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS U WANT ROBBED...
