Had an online order that said it would be delivered in the morning and indeed it did show up I was very happy that it did I honestly thought they would say o sorry you order has been delayed but no it came in right on time so Thanks I appreciate it got my project finished on time

I have nothing against the people who works there. Only with the potential bad product that is selling there. I purchase the cabin air filter Bosch HEPA Cabin Air Filter 6029C and use it about 5 days this is what I got. Too bad I threw the box too early otherwise I should be able to return this. Update on the story: Me and the Customer Service has an agreement. They will send me a gift card for the refund when I return the part at the local store. Which I don't get I already provide the receipt information why not just refund to the card when I purchased. They said it is going to take 7 to 14 business day to get it. Now it is way pass 14 business days. I still haven't got it. I called them about this issue they provide me with Incident Number and Reference Number. Now they are investigating what happens to the gift card? Update on July 29th: I don't know this is the countless time I reached out for their customer service. Apparently, the promised gift card as refund have been investigating for a week then they found out it is been lost. Now I have to wait another 10-15 business days again to received that gift card if that is actually can be arrival this time. This problem has been address since July 2nd. Still not getting why can't they just refund me back to my original payment method. Now it is probably going to arrival somewhere around August 15th if it is actually going to arrival this time. Update on August 8th: I called the customer service again today regarding to the gift card not receiving issue. Again they are investigating why gift card is lost again. I kept asking for their upper manager to give me a call back regarding to this issue. I still haven't got any call back yet. Now I got no answer from customer service nor from their upper management. Still one thing I still can't figure out is I gave them the receipt information. Why can't they just simply refund it back to its original payment method. Instead, they still trying to ship a gift card through USPS and I need to wait for 10-15 business days for this.
