So this past Saturday, I was having trouble with my truck starting up after replacing the alternator. I took it to the advance auto in berwynI met a guy name Luis very nice very patient with me. I wasn’t myself that day. I was so stressed out, but he was very kind to me, as he was checking my vehicle, we both agreed that the problem was not the alternator in the beginning it was the battery so he replaced the old one. He put a new one on for me not many places will not do that for you. So on Monday, I went to talk to my mechanic told him the situation he gave me back $400 from the labor from replacing the alternator when it never needed in the beginning I just want to say this place is very nice very clean very kind people I will highly recommend coming here. They will tell you straight out 125%. What’s wrong with your vehicle Again thank you Luis for your help and your kindness

Employees are always going above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Just yesterday I went in for brake pads and rotors, and the level of attention and service I received from Jhonny is the reason I keep coming back. Definitely recommend
