Top notch Quality and a well known reputation! Car Care Auto Center has been servicing my car for a few years now. Routinely oil changes and preventative maintenance. I Decided to give them a well- deserved review! Kathy is the BEST! 10/10 she will be one answering the calls making the appointments and first point of contact when handling car services. Not only does she make sure the business runs smoothly and appropriately. She has skilled mechanics that are very knowledgeable and professional. Yes, sure there are times when you have to wait but that is completely understandable considering mechanical issues take time. Prices are in balance with high and low cost. Nevertheless, the work will be worth the time and effortless Quality! Check em out!

Sara, Jeff and Joe all provided unbelibable service with a positive "can do" attitude. Service was done at a honest price without adding any additional cost for unnecessary maintenance. We had our catalytic converter replaced. Two months later our service engine light came on. NO HASSLE, Car Center, replaced defected catalytic converter "AT NO COST". From our experience most outher repairs shops would of added some type of labor charge. We would highty recommend this shop for all your car maintenance.

I have literally been dealing with Car care since I was able to drive but over this last year or so, the service is horrible. I paid numerous times for oil changes and fluids in my car and family members cars were not refilled. Now they have this "Diagnostic fee" for the simplest of things they want to charge you for , (example) headlight replacement , saying something wrong we need to try and find out but it will cost 120 dollars a hour to see what the problem is!!! Exactly how they did me and others , yet im glad I said no took my vehicle to Court street they replaced my light within 10 minutes without a single problem. It's a shame Sarah and that business use to be my 1 recommendations to friends and family now I would suggest court street ford or any other honest place in town. I hope it gets back how it use to be i really loved dealing with Car care in the past.
