Bought a brand new 2024 Volvo s60, only has one key, miles on their website were false and it had a heated windshield that was cracked. They replaced it with a non-OEM windshield with no heated glass. They said my car would be cleaned upon pickup and it had bird poo on the driver side back window they also said the would fill and service the vehicle but it was completely out of windshield wiper fluid, overall many things were said to be done and maybe 1/4 of them actually were. Also they’re very unwilling to negotiate after everything I just listed they only took $3 off the car not $3k not $300, $3 whole dollars.

Will has the best customer service! I love Bryant’s quick,stay in your car, oil changes! They are on top it and don’t charge you for what you don’t need. Highly recommend.
