They will tell u they will call u back with info with. No intentions on calling u back and keep u in the dark on ur vehicle so they can auctioned it off and take all ur tools and stuff out of it. These lazy people are thiefs so everyone please be careful with the lady at the front desk( rude and never helpful) and they guys that answer can never answer anything and tells u the lady will call u back and never does and tgen 1 day oh ur vehicle was auction sorry have a good day. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS U WANT ROBBED... Start at $600 when I was in the hospital about a week later after I got out of the hospital its was $1200 and almost a week later it was almost $2000 to just get my tools out of the truck and when I was going to pay the crooks to get my tools none had any idea on where my vehicle was. Waited for another few weeks for them to call me back to tell me.thry dont have my vehicle it got auctioned

They charged us almost 600.00 when they towed our car .This is absolutely highway robbery! I feel sorry for the people who will NEVER see their car again because of crooks like Hodges. I was told they would be here at a certain time, came there and no one was there so I called again and the guy said I had to wait an hour because I didn’t call in advance. He told me they would get here when they get here. After an hour and 15 min of sitting in the car waiting, I called back and the guy was rude told me not to call every 5 min when I hadn’t called in over 40 min. Then he hung up on me. He couldn’t get off his lazy behind and come release my car instead made me wait there an hr and a half for the driver who was out on tows. Unprofessional and rude as hell. Why would you have posted hours of service at your location but not be present?????

Straight forward and honest. I was told when truck could get repaired (maybe Monday if I was lucky) and how much $$$ Keep in mind this was a Sunday. Replaced my wheel hub that same day and sent me on my way. Great mechanic (Jason I believe ?) and the other employees on duty were polite and friendly. ??? Thank you for getting me back on the road, I'm not earning if the wheels aren't turning! ?
