UNTZ saved my ass , had a idler pully go out on 80 , Jeremy pulled me right in and we got this Duramax up and running within an hour ! Definitely will be a customer moving forward!

Needed some things done to get my truck DOT'd, 1 1/2 months later still not finished, DOT was listed as clean and I was charged with unresolved issues that would get me put out of service. "Charged me for their time" to fix a non working issue that would get me placed out of service that was NOT fixed and I had to fix issue myself in their lot so I could drive down the road. Also had to use my spare key because they lost my keys. I had a box of parts for jobs to be done and when i received the box back there were parts missing from jobs not completed. (Trailer dock bumpers missing for my trailer and 1 aluminum gladhand out of a set.) Undercharged some but overcharged more. If you have an older tractor/semi, this is probably not the best stop for you. Mom and pop place that is disorganized.

I respectfully told the gentlemen that the trailer was broken & what part of it needed to be fixed. He refused service for no reason & told me to go take the trailer elsewhere. Seemed racist.
