Terrible experience. I bought a starter for my truck from this store for $557. It came with a one-year warranty, but it completely failed after just two months. I brought it back expecting a refund or at least a proper warranty replacement. Instead, they searched for any excuse to deny the warranty, claimed they found a small scratch, and refused to refund my money. This is dishonest and unacceptable business practice. Selling faulty parts and then blaming the customer when things go wrong — that’s how they treat people. I will never come back here and strongly warn others to stay away from this place. They do not stand behind their products.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would! Terrible customer service and, when you call and ask to see if they have a specific part, you have to have a part number for it, if not, there's no way that they can look it up. Why are you in Business if you can't look up parts??? The customer service rep that answers the phone is always in a rush to get you off the phone instead of helping you, I believe her name is Ashley. Very terrible customer service, I rather go straight to the Dealership and pay a little more instead of having to deal with these people that have no clue what they're doing!!!

The sales floor is relatively clean. The staff here just seems inattentive and disengaged with the customer unless it is someone with whom they get along with. The personnel reception has been cold the couple of times I have been there. There is a lack of greeting, personality and attention upon entering. Sometimes people need to be reminded, if you are that unhappy with your job, please do something else because you are just hurting your companies profit and reputation. Fleetpride in general is a good company, however I do think a bit more attention to error reduction could bump ratings.
