This team at the sublot it's one of the worst ..have appointments example got here at 11 am and it's almost 2 pm and no one has load me .This type of workers should not be allowed in a company that has such a demand.. if you have appointments load them on time. Higher more people but don't be wasting people's time , but if you arrive late they will cancel with even a 1 minute being late. Poor leadership. A good customer service starts from the main Leader

Worst customer service ever made an appointment for 8am and as of 9:30am im still here waiting for one vehicle employees just walking around standing around all loaders parked never will i come to this copart again!!! Back here. Again tried it out once again it got even worse made an appointment at 11am and once again as of 12:30 still waiting loader keeps looking and decides to go get lunch this place is horrible

Worst Copart ever, if you can avoid it, do it. I had my appointment at 9:30 AM at 12:00 I was still there waiting to be loaded. They are taking their sweet time. instead of loading carrier, they were washing their forklifts.
