Been here a couple times and always felt like it was fair and happy with the results. Until now I took my daughters car there which they had over a month, after extensive work costing 3500 the probably still was not fixed, in the time they had it they replaced the thermostat without approval which I would have denied because it wasn’t even a year old and the issue was electrical. They also told me they were replacing a CV boot and after I looked at the invoice they changed the entire CV shaft and charged over 600 parts and labor, after all four struts, both outer tie rods and one inner the front end still sounds like garbage. The day we got the car back it had the same electrical issue which was cooling fan staying on after car was off and killed the battery again. The following day my daughter took the car back under there recommendation to look further into the issue. Once she was there they told her to call my wife or myself on what to do with the car and then proceeded to take the car apart without any approval because “they were concerned it was going to overheat” which she had driven it to and from work without any issue of over heating. While the took the car apart they refused to put it back together and let her leave. I went into the shop and talked to Lori and the head mechanic and I told them it wasn’t right of them to work on it without approval twice now. Because the first time was something they didn’t needed done and the mechanic told me it had a code for it and even stated the code. Looking at my invoice it says P0128 - coolant thermostat—- engine fan not shutting off so if they had actually read the code they would’ve known exactly what I told them it was an electrical issue not the thermostat. It wasn’t until this time I had personally given them the ok to change the correct part finally, which I didn’t know until after I left they refused to put the car back together and let her leave. Will not ever be back, will not ever recommend someone goes here. I only did because right now I’m working over 70 hours a week and didn’t have the time to do it all myself, which is normally what I do. I’m all for supporting local business but they will not get mine anymore.

I had to pay to find out what was wrong, but then they wanted me to pay more. I also had to pay to fix things that weren't broken, so I still had the same engine codes I went in to get fixed. I would not recommend coming to this shop. They will make you pay to find out nothing, then make you pay to fix nothing.

Outstanding experience! After our transmission failed in our 2018 CR-V, we called around the QC trying to find a shop that could help. Carter with Transmissions Plus answered right away, took our info and within an hour found a replacement transmission with less miles and got us scheduled. The replacement parts and labor were fractions of our local Honda dealership and Transmissions Plus was able to get it repaired/replaced in half the time originally expected. ???? Thank you to Carter, Devon, the wonderful office manager(I didn’t get her name) and the entire Transmissions Plus group:) I hope you never have transmission problems but if you do call Transmissions Plus first!
