Came in for a battery test on my 2013 Honda civic and Jordan got me in right away. They gave a honest overview on my vehicle and let me know what was causing my battery to fail so quickly as I just replaced it 8 months ago. Chris the store manager made me aware of the difference in quality of batteries for my vehicle and didn’t pressure me into anything just upfront honest answers. I will be returning in the future to get the other repairs suggested to keep my car in best condition it can be, as well as bringing my son and wife’s car in for maintenance. Thank you Chris and Jordan for the exceptional service

Please everyone do yourself a favor and save yourselves from getting scammed from this location. I have been going to this location. It has gone to multiple management and ownership which is fine as long as the service was not compromised eight months ago I got four new tires on my Mercedes from this location and eight months later they told me that I need a new tires. The tread count was low and made me change my front two tires for a whole $234 again I asked them that I understand front passenger has a nail that it might need replacement. Why do I have to buy a second tire and shouldn’t it be under warranty since it’s eight months and why is the tread count though they’re supposed to last me 40,000 miles. Their response was it is what it is. That’s all we can do for you and so please be beware save yourselves go to a better location go to Costco. I don’t know, but please stop using this location, especially for your maintenance at tires. They will scam you and not take responsibility of your accountability for what they have done to You.

From out of state made an appointment for the next day. They replaced my wheel bearing and had my car ready before noon and I dropped it off at 830ish. This place really did a great job and the staff was very nice! If I ever need some kind of maintenance and I’m back in Chicago definitely will come back!
