Horrible owner.. I called them and advised that I was in a semi truck and was stuck on the side of the road due to the snow he asked me what kind of trailer a had I told him dry van he asked was I loaded I told him I had light Mail then when he arrived on the scene he told me I wasted him time he thought I was in a regular truck caught an attitude with me saying all his calls are recorded then I told him well play it back and he said he’s not going to argue with me and drove away while keeping my money

A shout out and thanks to Nick, for pleasant and professional help. Stranded on an interstate, our insurance company's roadside assistance dispatched Ford County Towing to assist. Nick helped make a stressful time easier. He towed to a dealership some 30 miles away. Recommended.

After grocery shopping today I returned to my car and it would not start. I submitted a roadside assistance ticket through my insurance. They assigned this awesome company and I had the pleasure of meeting Nick! Nick was courtesy, diligent, kind, empathetic, and overall a great man! Thank you Nick for saving me lol!
