I called to get a parking pass and scheduled the appointment for 5:30pm, I got to the lot at 5:31pm and no one was there so I waited 10 minutes, after 10 minutes I called to see where someone was and the receptionist told me I was late, I told her I was not late I got here at 5:31pm and she could check the cameras, and she told me that I was late because I didn’t call them to tell them I was there until 5:40. Why would I need to call to let you know I’m here when you literally told me to come at this time ? And you never told me to call when I got there anyway. I get someone making a mistake or forgetting but don’t tell me I was late because someone didn’t do what they were supposed to within your own company. She was extremely rude, gave me a terrible attitude and gave horrible customer service. Ill will make sure to go through my apartment for a parking pass next time. If you want to be talked to like trash for no reason, this is your place. The guy who was the tow truck driver who got me my pass was pleasant and even tried to take some of the blame for the receptionist bad attitude, which he should not have to do.

My car died on the side of the road and my insurance company contacted J&S and they failed to show up. After waiting for four hours my insurance had to contact another company. I do not recommend using J&S

Owner threatened me, charged me $300 for a 15 min tow and took advantage of me because he knew my family needed the tow and I was too far away to pick them up. Then Proceeded to say I didn’t pay and threaten to press charges after I paid. Scam artist
