If I could give Frankfort family Auto six stars I would! . Over the last few months, I have had a disaster of a time with CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AUTOMOTIVE. STAY AWAY!! Frankfort Family Auto is the third shop to get my truck and FINALLY Get it right. In the four years, I’ve had my truck. It never drove this well! No more pulling to the left, no more pulsation in the steering. An absolute darn good job through and through. Not to mention a 48 hour turnaround time. I would recommend this family business to anyone!

This is the second time I have taken my car to Family Auto and I have to say each time I've come away pleased with the service provided. In a day and age where everyone is expecting to get paid, yet the quality of work leaves a lot to be desired, let me say this is not the case here. They're helpful from the moment you call to the time your car care is completed. 5 stars definitely. I will continue to bring my car(s) for all future servicing.

I run a business throughout Illinois and Indiana. My work truck ended up with a problem and would not start. I started calling mechanics and the one that said “Scott what you got going on, let’s get it in here and see what’s going on, we will check it as soon as it hits the floor”. Talk about putting my mind at ease b Everyone else scared me away with we are out T least week, some two weeks. The tow truck picked the truck up at 11 am and I had a call from the owner by 1:30. Diagnosed and a plan to get the truck back to me by morning. They delivered and I’m a customer now for life. So rare to have service like this these days. Great prices on top of it. Thank you for getting my wheels back up and running guys so we can keep on working.
