Really..I reached out to Warren Automotive.. Robert Yesterday afternoon about needing a Tow for my Truck has been sitting for over 4 Months I was unable to drive after Stomach Surgeries..Truck needed to be Serviced and Today he reached out to me and Tow Truck was in my Driveway 35 minutes later..Ron..Very Nice Man did the hook up and Truck was on her way to see the Doctor "Robert" at Warren's Automotive..OaK Forest, Il and I am Soooo Relieved Feeling Good and Confident He will take Excellent Care of my Truck.. I am Highly RECOMMENDING ?

Warrens has been great. My car was towed there after an accident and he was very understanding and patient with me. He walked me through what I needed from my insurance/police. I had an issue with the salvage yard that picked up my car and he was more than happy to help me with whatever I needed from him. Overall great customer service!

I've taken three different vehicles here over the years and every time Robert tells me that my cars need all these repairs, (he's told me this on all three of my cars and many of the repairs turn out to be unnecessary for the functioning of the vehicle) when that's not the case at all. He says he can't fix the problem I brought the car in for without fixing every other problem, which is ridiculous. The last car I brought in needed a simple tune up and brake job but he told me it would take three or four days and would be very expensive. I ended up going to another mechanic who got it done and for a reasonable price. I read another review where the person said that Robert only fixes what is necessary but in my opinion that's gotta be a fake review because that's never been my experience. If it's not a $20,000 car, they consider it junk. Will not be going here again. Update: The mechanic tried calling a family member to tell them I left a bad review on this business as retaliation for my review but I won't be bullied into not leaving a factual review.
