I can’t recommend Guy’s Truck and Tractor enough. I’m an owner-operator and got my semi buried in some soft dirt after a snow melt. I was under a load weighing close to 76k lbs, so I knew it wasn't going to be a simple pull. They showed up with a heavy-duty wrecker and were extremely professional from start to finish. They took extra care to make sure nothing was damaged while pulling me out. After a previous bad experience in Buffalo, NY, where I was charged $6k for an 8-mile tow, I was wary—but Guy’s was beyond fair with their pricing. It’s good to know there are still honest, professional recovery companies out there. If you're a driver in a bind, call these guys first

I called nervous and scared as my car was over heating and they were very nice. Ran my card right away and sent me an email for my insurance company and even gave me a ride back to where my car was being dropped off at. Driver was very kind and the service was fast. They were able to get to me in 30 mins and my car towed and on our way within ten.

Is the road service was very professional the mechanic came out was very friendly courteous. He wasn’t able to fix my truck on the side of the road, but he did get me rolling and I went to a shop. Very nice people there. I would highly recommend using the service company
