I needed a slow leak in one of my tires repaired. Previously I had tried to get the leak fixed to no avail. Bernard's found the tiny nail causing the problem and had to patch the tire from inside. They did this while I waited and charged me very little for the time they had to put in. It is so unusual these days to find an honest and competent repair service. THANKS!!

Terrible experience. I was happy with their service on previous occasions. How much do you think a routine oil change should cost? The answer is $209!!! (Photo of receipt attached). When I asked why it was so expensive, they told me that they mentioned changing the filters, which I agreed to. But they forgot to mention that it was about the cabin filter including. Even so, the last time for oil change, I was billed about 80 dollars, and now add 2 filters and 209 dollars. Just think about it for 2 paper filters! Anyone who has changed the cabin and air filter at least once knows that it's a simple job for a couple of minutes. An extra 130 bucks? Really? Of course I refused such services and the manager said that the work had already been done. After non-long arguments, came to the fact that they pulled back 2 filters but still charged my account for this "labor." Total 127 bucks!!! Scam! Where do so many good reviews come from? I guess they don't do that to everyone who goes to them... but then it's called hypocrisy. Shame.
