Unfortunately, I had an automotive issue today between Springfield and Jacksonville and needed a tow. Our tow truck driver arrived much quicker than anticipated and was very kind and professional to two older ladies stranded in the country. He drove us back to Springfield safely and was extremely courteous. Thank you!!

I asked them to look at my car because it was smoking and over heating. They claimed they saw NO smoke so I went ahead with other repairs. I got it back and it was smoking on start up. I took it back and it was going to be another 1000 dollars to fix the problem that should have been in the first quote. I wish they would have payed enough attention to give me the full picture of what was wrong with my car. That way I could have made a decision with all the knowledge possible.

Gracias | Thank you! Came in just to check something small, not planning to do any work, but the welcome completely won me over. So friendly and genuine. It’s difficult to talk about hospitality at a mechanic, but they are amazing. I ended up getting part of the work done because I trusted them. Feels like I finally found a mechanic I can stick with. Highly recommend!
