Repairs Unlimited has my vehicle as I type this. I left it with them 15Jan26 to have the timing chain replaced. Called them two weeks ago to see if they could help me. They told me I could drop my vehicle off the following week. I have to drive 30 minutes to get to them, so the day before I was told to bring it in, I called to make sure we were still good to go - we were not. They said it would better for them if I waited another week to bring the vehicle in. 1st red flag. Finally, two weeks later, I schedule someone to follow me out there to drive me home and we leave to drop off my vehicle. Drop off was smooth, aside from their parking lot looking like a junk yard. I drove around the entire building trying to figure out where to leave my vehicle or where to enter the building. I was told they’d check out the vehicle and call me that evening (last night) to let me know what was going on and what the plan was - that never happened. Just got off the phone with them. The man who answered the phone had no answers for me about what was going on with my car or even if anyone had even looked at it yet. He said “he couldn’t find anyone who would know” and said hed hope to know more later today. Frankly, I’m very concerned I’ve made a huge mistake giving them my business. Once our business is complete, I’ll come back and update this review. I hope I’m wrong.

Repairs Unlimited has been my go-to for all of my vehicle needs, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service every time. Whether it’s routine maintenance or more serious repairs, they’ve always been professional, reliable, and honest. It’s hard to find a shop you can fully trust, but these guys make it easy. I truly appreciate their dedication. Highly recommend to anyone needing quality auto repairs done right!

Lied about the timeline twice. Kept my only work truck for 75 days to do a head gasket replacement. Poor customer service. Zero updates with progress. Vehicle returned to me with low coolant. Coolant was so rust colored and chunky another shop had to flush the system three times to clean it out and told me it was actually water and not coolant that was replaced by this shop. The inside of the office looks like an episode of hoarders, and the outside is a haphazardly parked used car graveyard around 100% of the building. Maybe they used to be good but i wont go back even if these head gaskets fail. Garbage
