Midstate did an excellent job repairing our back passenger quarter on a 2018 Tahoe. They were very helpful working with our insurance carrier, even though they weren't on the insurance's preferred list. Very friendly. Overall, a great company to do business with.

The receptionist is very pleasant just extra busy in winter time. Shop may do some fantastic work but make them give you everything in writing. When I went to pick up my car there was a bunch of unapproved service added. He said someone called me about everything and I told him not once had someone contacted me. I even showed him my calling history from the past 2 weeks and showed that I had to call and ask if my car was done every 2 days and not once did anyone talk to me about what was actually being done or about the cost. They do have great labor pricing but don't get caught off guard. Make sure they have your approval in writing before they start any work.
