HONESTY + HIGH QUALITY WORK = A+++ I highly recommend True Tech. Excellent workmanship , professional service They deserve a much higher score than 5 stars. My previous mechanic wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to fix my 2012 Chevy Equinox. Thankfully my friend told me to go for a full inspection and second opinion at True Tech. Matt and his team fixed my car for less , they literally saved me thousands of dollars by fixing the problem without installing a new engine. Thank you very much :))

Been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Found them after getting taken advantage by and upsold by Carx for way too long. Matt and co definitely care about there work and the customer relationship. They proactively tell you when things may need fixing but it’s never pushy and rarely immediate unless you’ve omitted their last 3 recommendations. Glad to have them on speed dial when things go bad since I know I can always trust them to give it to me straight and fix it right.

My engine light came on just days before my plate sticker was to expire but it needed to pass the emissions test. I took it to TrueTech for analysis. They worked for a few days to trace the source of the problem, because some engine codes were proven false, and the actual source was found to be an intermittently loose sensor. I know a VW dealer would have charged me for every second they worked to trace it. But Matt only charged me their flat fee for analysis and the cost of the sensor replacement. But that was not all. They also took my car to the emissions station to be sure it passed and saved me an hour-long round trip plus time waiting in line. Literally, they went the extra miles for me. Who does that? This was one of several visits to TrueTech in recent years after losing my mechanic of 30 years (Denny G - RIP) and I am fortunate to have found them to be just as honest and capable... possibly more.
