Water pump replacement. Mitchell and his crew replaced my water pump on my 2014 Ram 1500. While doing it he noticed my serpentine belt, thermostat, fan clutch, and negative battery terminal sensor was bad. My truck has over 238,000 miles on it. This makes sense since I was having all kinds of electrical issues I told him nothing about. Mitchell called me and asked me if I wanted him to replace all the extra parts and informed me he wasn’t going to charge labor on replacing those parts because he had to remove them anyways to do the water pump. This was wonderful news. Most shops would have stuck me with an extra hour labor for each issue. Mitchell had my truck done in less than 24 hours and I have had 0 issues out of it since. Mitchell was a Marine, and the values the military has taught him was evident, because he truly cared about the work he did on my vehicle. I now recommend my entire family and friends to. Mitchell’s Auto Care. Thank you Mitchell for the outstanding work. Btw, go Army. ;-)

Excellent customer service. Extremely acknowledge. Explains everything to you down to the T. I called and he told me to come right over, I had a bad oil leak, he explained everything to me and everything they had to do, they just happen to have a opening and got my car right in. The most honest & professional mechanic I have ever experienced . He installed new ARP headstuds , new head gasket & installed my custom ordered mud flaps . The man can damn near do it all.. I highly recommend ! He has worked on 3 different vehicles of mine so far .
