***Buyer***Beware*** BBB rating: D- Seth Edmondson & Holzhauer obviously don't care about your future business! They screwed me and they'll screw you, too! They don't disclose damages and they don't return phone calls or letters. I found my conversation with Seth on FB marketplace and someone deleted part of the conversation between October 31 & November 27, which is the day, when I complained about the issues and then it says Seth deleted the advertisement/post probably so I couldn't leave a review, and never responded. I bought a 2021 Sea Doo Fish Pro 170 with 38 hours on it from this dealer on November 8, 2025. It was advertised on Facebook Marketplace. No damages were disclosed in the ad or when talking to the salesman, Seth Edmondson. I live in Indianapolis, Indiana which is 4 hours away. I made an offer and it was accepted. I put $250 down and went to pickup on November 8th. I noticed that the right footwell mat had come up, which I thought was strange because I have a 2012 Sea Doo and had a 2015 Sea Doo, neither had this issue. They ordered me a new footwell mat as part of the deal. The Sea Doo has been in my garage, since I bought it. When I got the new mat, I finished removing the old one to find that there was 6" crack in the footwell under the mat and another 6" crack beside it. It looked like the footwell had been painted, because the rest is shiny, but not the footwell. The hull also had 4" of water in it, which must have leaked through the footwell. Both footwells were filled with nasty water when I went to pick it up. They hadn't even cleaned it, even though they knew I was coming for it for a week. Then, I noticed a 3" circular crack in the hull near the footwell cracks. I originally thought it had been in a broadside accident. I also noticed that the "Sea Doo" sticker on the right side is missing near the circular crack, which makes me think the dealer took it off to look for further damages and knew this was damaged when they sold it to me. I also went to the Sea Doo dealer in Indianapolis and the service manager told me that Sea Doo has had several issues with the hulls and bodies of the GTX 170 and Fish Pro 170 cracking and that I should bring in and he would take pictures and submit a claim to Sea Doo. He also said that the peeling paint in the footwell was likely caused by someone using a chemical to remove the footwell mat. There shouldn't be any paint on it, because the color is in the acrylic finish. I called Flat Out Motorsports in Indianapolis where I submitted the Sea Doo claim, 2 weeks later on December 16th and the service manager told me that Sea Doo/BRP denied my claim because of the age of the Sea Doo, it's not even 5 years old. Holzhauer didn't disclose the damages on the bill of sale. I sent them a certified letter that they had to sign for on November 30, 2025 explaining the damages and have left 3 different messages with sales people and the general manager. Nobody has returned my calls or responded to my letter.
