My starter went out in my company truck. TJ was awesome!!! He got things together within a timely manner and was professional. My company was shocked that he'd finished the job so fast. ⭐ 1/5 – Massive overcharge, avoid this place This shop is an absolute disaster. We came in requesting a FORCE REGEN ONLY — nothing else. No diagnostics, no extra work. Despite that, they overcharged heavily and split the billing to squeeze more money out of the job. A force regen normally costs no more than $150–$200 at most shops. Here’s what they charged instead: Force Regen – $325 Computer hookup fee – $125 Labor / shop fee – $160 Total for a simple regen: $610+ — completely unreasonable. They tried to justify it by saying they were “diagnosing,” even though the driver clearly stated the company did NOT want diagnostics, only a forced regen. Soot level was normal, ash was high — which they admitted a regen would NOT fix — yet they still charged full price. This is a clear case of overcharging and questionable billing practices. Simple service, inflated invoice. Avoid this place unless you want to be massively overbilled for basic work.
