So this tow company just lost a van off the back of one of their tow trucks and it smashed into another truck and almost hit my car. Had to back my car half way down the street to avoid an accident. They took the turn way too fast and the van was not strapped down. 0/10, definitely would not recommend. Added edit since the owner responded. Doesn't matter if it was a customer vehicle or not, that driver took the turn way too fast and that van could have killed someone. Luckily no one was walking on the sidewalk when the van hopped the curb and crashed into someone's lawn. If it was properly strapped on BOTH tires and transported safely, this would not have happened. The driver was reckess, unsafe and had zero regard for anyone else on the road. I hauled cars for many years, I know a thing or two. Do better.

The towing company was requested by Aurora Police Department to get my car after I was transported to the hospital during MVA. The lady has been so nice answering my questions, explaining the process and keeping me updated of my car. I would like to thank you for your patience and understanding with me especially this is my first time to have my car towed.
