I called to acquire some prices on fri April 18 at 9:32 am and a young lady named Bethany answered the phone she was very rude very unprofessional was giving attitude over anything I asked and she was also staying quiet and responding on and off giving attitude the whole time very very unprofessional I literally live in Petersburg and I will never spend another dollar there especially being treated like that I will drive to AutoZone in Springfield at least they have customer service very upset with the service I received very upset especially with that young lady

It used to be great. The people working there actually knew about vehicles. Most worked on vehicles. You could always count on getting help like putting wipers on,changing a fuse etc. No more. It's a small town store so no excuse. Not going back until new people get hired.

I discovered I had a broken hose in my windshield washer line. One employee came out to take a look. He said wait a minute. Came back out with something and repaired it in seconds. I said I hope that just made your day because it did mine. He said yep. His friendly help was much appreciated.
