While profoundly wishing that you never need towing services, be thankful these guys are ready. After a bad interstate accident, they were responsible for towing my car. Importantly, they protected all of my contents, and even delivered the same to me timely, and with everything present. It is good to know in this day and age that kindness and Integrity like this exist.

After calling several tow companies that quoted me outrageous prices and long wait times, I found Bernie’s. His price was $100 less than the others and his timing was perfect. We had a 30-40 min drive. I would normally feel uncomfortable sitting alone with a stranger like that for so long. He was so personable and easygoing. We were easily able to talk about grandkids, Mustangs, and cars from our younger days the entire drive. I can’t thank Bernie’s enough!

I had a tire blow out on I-55, it was so hot out, semi trucks were flying by me… there was no way I could’ve changed the tire. I called and they responded right away! I was so impressed with how kind and helpful he was. He worked very quickly and efficiently, I could tell he has a lot of experience. But, most importantly, I felt very safe and could tell he cared. The price was more than reasonable. I’m really grateful there are still people out there that take pride in their work and care about others.
