My better half had her Jeep Cherokee pummeled by the golf ball sized hail in Roanoke on 3/31. Her sunroof was shattered and we live in Peoria. The Dodge dealer didn't have a body shop, and Brad was accommodating enough to make time to crash wrap her Jeep so she could make it home. He then waved away her attempts at paying. Gracious during our small tragedy, I just had to post my support. My better half works in town, she'll find a way to repay him, no doubt. Thank you for your help, Brad!

He’ll fight to put quality parts back on your vehicle even when insurance wants substandard parts used on the repair. I personally know many people who will gladly wait to have brad do the job rather than take it somewhere else that could get them in much sooner, that speaks volumes alone. I was so disappointed to read the one negative review about brad, basically about his integrity that had nothing to do with his business. Ive personally known Brad for many years and it’s not even in his personality to be the way the negative reviewer claimed he acted in regards to the service he received from his business.
