I had a great experience at The Bays. I choose the self service option. When you pull in they have all the amenities you need to clean your auto. great atmosphere. If you need anything their store is fully stocked with any detailing item you could need. I will definitely be bringing my other cars here.

Ive been to The Bays twice now. Amazing experience both times. Ive become a detailing hobbiest in the last yr. These bays have every tool you could want to detail your car. High quality pressure washer, pressure washer gun and foam cannon. Under carriage attachment, vacuums, Tornadors,compressed air all right there in each bay. Swivel seats on wheels, step scaffolding to reach car roofs. You can rent equipment like Rupes polishers, extractor etc. I book for 2 hrs and use every second of my time. If you forget one of your detailing products or tools they have a great shop w all the brands you'd look for. I have a house w a garage, and a pressure washer, but if I could afford it, Id do all my washes there! They offer memberships which again is still way out of my budget, but maybe one day, sigh. They also offer professional services like paint correction , PPF, ceramic coating, full service details. Nice staff and awesome concept. Now if they only offered memberships at like $35 per month, and opened one in the SW Burbs (I drive 30 mins to get there)!

Excellent experience from start to finish. We had PPF and ceramic coating applied to my wife’s car and the results are outstanding. The workmanship is clean, precise, and looks fantastic. A big shout-out to Justin and the entire staff for their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Everything was explained clearly and the car was delivered exactly as promised. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for high-quality PPF and ceramic coating work.
