Ordered a part through Ebay. First problem, I was ripped off with shipping: I paid for USPS Priority and the item was send through the cheaper Ebay shipping service. Only got a partial refund on shipping after several mails and after opening a Paypal claim. Part arrived over one month later, broken. I even tried to repair it to spare the company the hassle of a return, but the part was too far gone. I was denied a refund!! Have to file another claim. Buyers beware, only pay through sources where you can reclaim the money if anything goes wrong. This company is not trustworthy.

Bought a part after entering my vehicle details. They sent the wrong part although I did not know that. Tried to have the part installed when the car was in for service. Mechanic reported that it did not fit and appeared to be the incorrect item. I attempted to return the part for a refund. Since the 30 day grace period had run (even though that isn't prominent anywhere on the website) I was out of luck. Beware!
