They didn't say what the service fee was, and the overcharged and then racked on excessive fees after, they were also very rude and engaged in suspicious business practices

I was working with my insurance company to have my car towed from my work to a service center. I was assigned Gill's. The tow truck driver called to say he was on the way. He asked me what was going on with my car. I explained exactly what happened. He decided that not only was it his job to tow my car, but also to question my integrity about what I told him had happened to my car. Thanks. I am already going through a terrible time trying to manage my car not working, finding a rental car and coordinating between my insurance company and the service center. Maybe next time just tow the car and I wouldn't have to cancel the service due to a tow truck driver deciding to be an insurance inspector.

If I could give zero stars, I would. When I called, they were immediately rude as they answered. Then, they proceeded to continue being rude when I asked questions about if they had my vehicle. When my husband showed up at 8am to pick up our broke down truck, there was nobody there. They finally showed up at 8:20am and proceeded be rude with him as well. We ended up calling Mike's towing to tow our truck away from Gill's because we refuse to give any more money to a business that is so unprofessional.
