Can't say enough about this place, on our way to TN we broke down the day before Christmas eve an Bob went out if his way to get us fixed. We had to stay the night and back on the road the next day. (Christmas eve) we can't thank you and your staff enough for your sevice and your hospitality . AGAIN WE THANK YOU YALL SO MUCH! Highly recommend this place for local and traveling people. Thank you again to you and your staff, your all rock stars in my book.

Sent my sister here to get 2 front tires put on. About 3 days later I noticed she was missing a lug nut. No biggy, I'll buy a new one, put it on and be good. After further inspection I noticed the stud was sheered off. As I checked the tire, I noticed that all 10 of the front lugs were not tightened down all the way. I know mistakes happen, it's not a big deal. Instead of accepting responsibility and making it right, Bob claimed "normal wear and tear" for the sheered lug stud and shifted the financial responsibility on to a struggling single mother. Don't go here *EDIT* as soon as you make it right and replace the stud, I'll change my review Bob.

Splash shield under engine came loose dragging on the ground while on road trip. Found Bob's on Google. Drove over and he took me right in. Fantastic! Thanks Bob's!!!
