I recently had service done on my truck for the first time at John’s, an oil change and transmission service. Price was very fair and I was kept updated while they were working on my truck. I would recommend and give 2 thumbs up. On a side note, this is going to sound goofy, but I feel it’s worth mentioning to demonstrate the great customer service John’s has. For a while I’ve been missing a tire valve stem cap on one of my tires. I could have easily bought a pack myself but I kept forgetting. In the meantime I’ve had my oil changed, other service done, holes in tires fixed, etc. at other shops. John’s was the only one to replace the missing valve stem cap, simply because it’s good customer service and it is the right thing to do. A small detail like this is why I will be going back to John’s and recommend them to others. Thank you to the entire team!

I’m not an occasional walk-in—I’m a high-maintenance customer with multiple vehicles, and they’ve handled everything from mechanical issues, tire blowouts, and electrical problems to getting my A/C back up and running on a 90-degree summer day. No matter what I bring to them, they always make it work. They’re busy (which is a good sign), but they still treat me like my business matters. They’re professional, grateful for the work, and genuinely appreciative of their customers—something you don’t always see anymore. Most people only write reviews when they’re upset, so I wanted to take the time to share a positive experience and give credit where it’s due.
