Donald (I believe that was his name) took very good care of us the night of the eclipse. He got our van transported down the road where I could make the necessary repairs to it the next day. Thanks for the great service!

If you want a business that cares about people over profits, chose TDS. My recent experience with them, especially with Donald and Kaylee, went above and beyond the duties of their job. Long story short, a family member was arrested driving my car with my dog in it. Donald volunteered to wait with my dog in the dispatch office until I arrived from an hour away. This prevented her from going to the pound, which would have been devastating. He gave her water, took her out to potty and provided her comfort in a scary time. He helped me retrieve my debit card from the jail, so I could get my car out of impound. In a really stressfull situation, he provided so much comfort and relief. This was after hours and he was simply on call. He could have gone home after towing the car. Yet, he stayed way longer than necessary. I can't thank them enough for their kindess and compassion. There are still good people and companies out there. TDS and their employees are certainly one of them. Thanks for putting up with us and being so amazing!
