I went to the Batesville store and it was like 5 til they closed I pulled in a guy walked out I walked n go to the section I needed I only needed a socket and next thing I hear is some one yelling across the store that they were closed I was like it's not 8 yet I only needed 1 thing but forget it il take my business else where. Then another experience before this I had bought a air compressor paided 80 for it lost the receipt but I put my number in when I paided for it so it was in the system I had bought it a week ago and they wouldn't let me return it it never was used by me I went to use it and it didn't work so I wanted to exchange it or get a refund and they wouldn't do nothing without a paper receipt even tho it was there in the computer system in front of them. Which was total bs. Waste of money.
