Courtney and Daisy sprung a 3.5% credit card processing fee on us, at time of checkout. Si, I confronted the issue and told them they should absorb that fee if its not posted somewhere either on their website or on the wall at the register. Daisy snapped and told me that they cannot control that. I responded I get that you cannot control the fees but you can control communicating this upfront. She went on ranting after cutting me off multiple times. When it was clear that my position as a customer is transparency and even threatening to post this review it did nothing to try to get understanding and for her to taje responsibility. Not withstanding that this added nearly $50.00 to our bill! Additionally, it took 3 weeks for them to simply fix the brake pads and one rotor! I don’t recommend this dump!

HORRIBLE customer service! If your busy, let your customers know it'll be a good week or 2 before they can get to you. We waisted alot of time & money! Will not make this mistake again

I greatly appreciate Jay’s determination to get my truck running. He did everything possible on the side of the road, to get me rolling again. After accepting that the problem needed to be checked by Freightliner, Jay had his crew come with two heavy tow trucks. One to haul the trailer to his yard, and the other to haul my truck to Freightliner. His son James IV, is professional, intelligent, knowledgeable and very mature for a young man. I enjoyed our conversation on the way to Freightliner. Jay’s is a wonderful family owned & operated business. All around pleasant experience from the ladies in the office, to the guys in the field. Thank You All, Job Well Done!!??
