I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Chandler Towing. Their level of unprofessionalism was shocking from start to finish. They charge unnecessary fees and refuse to show any empathy or flexibility, outright admitting that these fees are "how they make money." It's clear that they prioritize profit over basic decency or customer service. Communication with them is next to impossible. They have a sign on their gate with instructions on retrieving your vehicle, but this critical information is not listed anywhere on their website. The website is misleading, causing unnecessary confusion and wasting time. When I tried to address my concerns, the owner became rude and completely unwilling to have a productive discussion. Their behavior reinforced my belief that they are only interested in exploiting people who are already dealing with a difficult situation. I would strongly recommend avoiding Chandler Towing if you can. This is not the type of business that values fairness or integrity. Instead, they seem focused on taking advantage of others when they’re most vulnerable.

Chandler Towing was great! My son flipped his truck in the middle of the night. Some glass was broken and two of the tires popped off the rims. I called Chandler Towing and they picked up on the second ring. After describing the situation, they told me when they would get there and arrived sooner than promised. They were able to flip my son's truck back on to it's wheels and tow it back to town. To top it all off, the even put the tires back on the rims for me! All of the service came at a very reasonable price. When I have told others about my experience, the response is usually "Yea, I heard the were the best in town!" I have used Chandler Towing three more times since then. Once for a another personal vehicle and twice to help out a friend. The service is exemplary every time.

My daughter got in some trouble and got her vehicle towed. They were so nice to me and sent me an invoice to pay and how to pick up the vehicle. Thank you, thank you for your kindness.
