A little over a week ago, on 10/9, I was headed south on 65 pulling a big horse trailer loaded with two horses and also had my two kids with me. I couldn’t avoid a trailer ramp that had been lost on the road, which resulted in two damaged tires on the trailer. I made it to the rest area thankfully but after multiple calls to multiple places for help, I got in touch with Walter at Goodins. He was there within an hour with a new tire and got me all fixed up. He was incredibly nice, friendly and provided me with the service I needed to get back on the road in a safe and affordable manner. He was a blessing in a stressful situation! Thanks again, Walter!!

The actual gentleman showed up I think his name is Walter, was the only saving grace for this company. I called With a semi with a dead battery, at home with the kids for the weekend and forgot to turn the power inverter off, and my son left the key in the accessory position when I ask him to start it for me. A slightly dead battery. So I call and the woman that answered was rude and kept saying they wanted to make sure I was going to be there if they come out, totally flabbergasted because the reason I had called was because I can’t start my semi because the battery was dead. It gets so much worse; when I’m quoted over the phone $75 for a jumpstart which I was willing to pay because I couldn’t go to work but then after the driver gets there and I open my battery compartment and I hook up one side of the battery cables, he does the other and then immediately I start my truck - I am informed that there is also $110 labor charge for an hours worth of labor on top of the $75 equaling $192 and some change for less than three minutes of a jumpstart after being lied to and quoted $75 on the phone. Literally it took the man longer to get the stuff out and raise his hood and it did to start my semi. The 75 I understand because his time isn’t free and he had to come to me but to throw on an related $110 after labor was done outside of the quote of $75 is completely Bait and switch. Any place else would’ve came out for $25 more without the extra charges. I was not informed of the extra $110 until after the jumpstart was done. (also going to be looking into this because I’m pretty sure that’s illegal.) Certain that this must’ve been a mistake because I was quoted one price and then railroaded after my truck got started, I asked him to call the owner while I was standing there with him and he did and yes, I got raked over the coals after being spoken to rudely and then lied to about the actual price. I thought bait and switch was illegal, but this company is the worst and I’m not holding the driver that came out to help me accountable for whomever was in the office and decided to rip me off. I was looking for a great local mechanic and was very optimistic with some of the positive reviews and was very disheartened to discover that the negative reviews reflect more accurately I own my truck and I would rather take it to a damn Speedo and go out of my way then take it to these people down the road after this experience. They Lost a customer that pays cash and a lot of it before they ever got one by being greedy and rude. And if you’re quoted one price, don’t believe it expect the price to change once the work is done

Last week, Coomers towed my vehicle. The driver was absolutely wonderful! The next week I needed it towed from my home to an auto mechanic shop. I called two get it towed. Whoever the woman was on the phone, kept insisting my vehicle was Impounded. After three times of trying to get through to her that my vehicle was not impounded, the fourth time I hung up. The only reason I am giving this two stars is because the tow truck driver was amazing! Oh yeah, they charge me $90 to tow my vehicle two blocks.
