What a bummer to call and get the most unhappy sounding guy. Customer service in our country keeps falling since most employees don’t care that the customer is the reason you get paid a paycheck. I even said man you don’t sound enthusiastic after saying hi and how are you today. It’s all a choice of our own to be kind and helpful. I work on a lot of case IH and balers. I’m not sure if I’ll inquire again. Hope your parts counter guy finds a reason to smile.

I just tried to ask for a better price or freight on a grill screen for a tractor since I ordered one and it wasn't right Had 60 dollars on freight and going to cost another 30 dollars. The salesman just hung up on me! Will the and last time I buy again from them! He has rude and will tell other people the way I just got treated!
